Best SUVs Worth Waiting For 2021
2021 Volvo XC90
The first SUV that will come out in 2021 is the new 2021 Volvo XC90. This one might be the most relevant model if we look at its catapulted model initially released in 2015. This car can be touted as a perfect clean-sheet design compared to its competitors.
Featuring some new improvements, XC90 is worth waiting for due to its electrical architecture, infotainment, styling language, all-new powertrains, and new platform. Looking back at the 2015 XC90, this car was beautifully designed without losing its primary purpose: taking you anywhere you like with style.
Since you might see the 2020 series of the XC90, there might be no significant changes in the first place. Its Scandinavian aura would be one of the most reliable hints you may feel once you see this car. New XC90 is an absolute beauty in comfy.

2021 Mitsubishi Outlander
We will not deny if the current Outlander is old. Back then, a camouflaged new Outlander was doing a test drive. The physical details were well-hidden, but we can see one or two things you need to know about this car. Other than that, this one is one of the most waiting for the unit for 2021 SUV cars.
The general look of the 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander is similar to the concept of the Engelberg Tourer. The size is more significant compared to the current model. Other than that, you may expect a new plug-in hybrid machine in one of the latest models later. Using the twin motor configuration, this car is expected to drive 43 miles away without fuel.
As we have said earlier, it seems like the Engelberg Tourer concept positively inspires the 2021 Outlander. The debut was expected in fall 2020.

2021 Range Rover
The 2021 Range Rover is expected to be more lightweight compared to the current model. However, we cannot confirm whether the size and dimension would be the same as the current model or some massive changes.
The evolution is more significant in the cabin part. The Touch Pro Duo technology will be installed in its infotainment system. Other than that, its Smart settings could change the climate inside the car, sear, and mirror positions instantly. Many other exciting things are still on the list, but we need to check the debut in the first place.
As we have mentioned earlier, the weight would be more lightweight. It allows the car to use electrification for a better car. More than anything, the off-road capabilities that are constantly being the forte of Range Rover would not be affected negatively.

2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid
Generally, the 2021 series looks a bit different than the current model. It adopts a different front-end design and gives new color options for car enthusiasts. Until today, there is no specific powertrain information we could gather. However, according to the manufacturer, this will be the most powerful RAV4 machine yet.
The car uses two electric motors and a 2.5-liter four-cylinder machine. Once those are combined, it will make an excellent collaboration. We can expect a better battery quality than the existing batteries in the component of the current model.
Looking at its visual appearance, the 2021 RAV4 Hybrid applies LED strips in a vertical orientation along with chrome-trimmed inlets on the lower fascia part. The black mesh grille also looks different from the current model, while a new color is available: Supersonic Red. The price is not grounded yet so that we might wait for a further teaser.

2021 Tesla Model Y
It has been years, but the 2021 Tesla Model Y is still one of the most awaited cars. This would be a perfect combination of electric car technology and SUV. Other than that, this car is the fifth production car manufactured by Tesla so far.
This car looks as compact and small as an SUV unit, but it does not lessen its power. On the other hand, the Model Y is not as pricey as the Model X after all. The 2021 series will be offered in the rear-wheel-drive style, but you need to wait until spring 2021 to get the standard type.
Even though this car is an SUV, the handling is more like a sports car. The price starts from $39,000 for the Standard type, while you can prepare for $47,000 for the Long Range. The Dual Motor AWD type costs $51,000. On the other hand, the Performance type costs $60,000. The order can be placed from now on Tesla’s official website.

The interior would not be changed significantly, considering this car has already adopted a great one. However, Acura promises a more intuitive infotainment technology in this series. To unlock the full potential from the 2021 model, you may need to upgrade the unit from the standard model.
The unit will be sold with both the front- and rear-wheel drive mode on every type. The most significant advantage of this series might be fuel efficiency. However, the current model is running under the series of 2014’s model or the fourth generation. Inspired by the Honda Pilot, this car is an excellent choice for a family who needs a luxury SUV with a compact size.
Generally, the overall design of the newest MDX would not be too far from the current model. On the other hand, it incorporates shaper angles to create an aggressive-looking SUV. Other changes include thinner headlamps, revised fascia, new wheels, and a more prominent grille.
The 2021 MDX features a widescreen infotainment system. All commands are in your hand because it is only one touch away. According to the manufacturer, the 2021 MDX infotainment setup will be the same for the next models. On the other hand, the manufacturer has spoken that the car has been made, and we need to wait a little longer to see it shows off. And this is also a sign that this car will not be announced anytime soon, considering Jaguar is still focusing on something else. 2021 Hyundai Tucson
The 2021 Hyundai Tucson was spot on the road even though the camo stickers wrapped its whole body. It makes us unable to see the detail, but it was enough for sure. According to the manufacturer, we would be surprised and “freak out” once the car is officially announced and introduced to the public.
According to what we have seen back then, the most obvious evolution is in the back part. The taillights are entirely new, and the lightbar looks more extensive than the previous model. The lightbar covers the whole tailgate width, which is a pretty popular design move in SUVs lately.
After all, the rear lights are not redesigned, considering it is only used for a provisional view. You will also see a boomerang-like shape on the side profile of the car. Of course, these are based on what we have seen on the road. Yet, the car is still wrapped in a camouflage sticker.

The 2021 Chrysler Commander is just one of the cars that will compete in the SUV category next year. According to the speaker of the brand, this car would show some significant upgrades here and there. However, precise details are still not announced until today. As it adopts the Jeep Grand Commander, it will be an excellent SUV for urban driving.

Even though it seems almost nothing different at the rear, there are a few significant changes you may spot.
The prototype that has been teasing us lately features a front fascia that looks closed in. Other than that, the entire nose looks modified with its more pronounced slope. Its headlights are pretty pointed and defined. However, some of the things that we have noticed are there for testing purposes.
